Jennifer MacKe

Jennifer Macke is an experienced project manager with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including retail, telecommunications, and insurance. Currently serving as the Retail Project Manager at Build-A-Bear Workshop, Jennifer oversees the implementation of a new Point of Sale system across 359 stores, coordinating logistics and maintaining communication among various teams to ensure project success. Prior roles include managing enterprise-level programs at Charter Communications and operational aspects at Build-A-Bear Workshop. Additionally, Jennifer has held positions at Kforce Inc, TEKsystems, and Liberty Mutual Insurance, showcasing expertise in project coordination, requirements gathering, and team leadership.
