Previous roles include Project Manager in Haiti, where Juan led significant housing initiatives, and an independent contractor in Honduras, managing various construction projects. Juan's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Project Management from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional and an architecture degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
