Vaidehi Seth, MFin, currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and a Steering Committee Member for Build It Green, contributing to the California Housing System Innovators Network Gathering. As CEO and Co-Founder of Disruptive Creations, Vaidehi leads efforts in real estate development focused on creating all-electric, energy-independent, and sustainable homes. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Operational Risk Management Analyst and Analyst in Investment Analytics at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, where collaboration with executive leadership facilitated risk identification and performance improvements. Vaidehi also held a Research Analyst position at Australian Fund Monitors, focusing on enhancing business strategies and client relationships, and gained early experience in retail management, overseeing multiple locations and achieving significant sales milestones. Academic credentials include a Master of Business in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from the University of Alberta.
