Joshua Capin

Joshua Capin currently serves as the Business Intelligence Development Manager at Builders FirstSource since August 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua was the Digital Product Owner - Reporting Platforms at Edward Jones from December 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included steering product teams using Scrum/Agile methodologies and driving Power BI adoption. Joshua also held the position of BI and Reporting Manager at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. from March 2018 to December 2021, overseeing a team to ensure high data accuracy through shared reports and dashboards. Earlier experience includes various managerial roles at Nestlé Purina North America from June 2008 to February 2018, where Joshua led teams supporting finance and control functions and managed internal audits.
