Benjamin Price has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Benjamin began their career as an Audio Visual Technician for J&S Audio Visual. In 2010, they took on a role as a Substitute Teacher for Morgan Hunter. Later that year, they became a Teacher/Fund-Rasier/Activity Coordinator for Instituto Cultural Reinaldo Maachi. In 2014, they began working as a Department Manager for BuildingLink.com. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring customers received the highest quality of customer care and service.

Benjamin Price obtained a Master's degree in Education from Rockhurst University between 2009 and 2011. Benjamin then obtained a BGS in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from The University of Kansas between 2003 and 2007. Benjamin has also obtained several certifications, including a Level 1 Customer Success Foundations from Growth Molecules, LLC in November 2021, a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in October 2020, a TESOL 120 Advanced Certificate from TEFL Express in April 2012, a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in July 2019, a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessCOACHING in July 2019, a State of Missouri Educator's Certificate from the State of Missouri in January 2012, and a Kansas Initial Teaching License from the Kansas State Department of Education in June 2012.
