Paul J. Belair is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Director at Graycor Inc. and O'Hara's Son Roofing Company, as well as providing investment banking services and coaching at Autobahn Consultants, Paul also leads an executive coaching initiative at Recession.com designed to help companies thrive during economic downturns. Previously, Paul held positions as President at Roth, a Sodexo Company, CFO at First Energy Facility Services, and EVP & CFO at Gentek Building Products. In addition, Paul has a background in financial reporting from caliber systems and serves as an Advisor for BuiltWorlds. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from Kent State University and a BS in Accounting from The University of Akron.
