Prior experience includes significant roles at the NSW Department of Customer Service, University of Sydney, and Catholic Education Office, Parramatta, with a focus on project management, strategic governance, and technology implementation. Andrew holds an Executive MBA from the University of Sydney and legal and computer science degrees from UNSW.
