Julie Radford has served as our Chief Communications & Corporate Affairs Officer since April 2025, leading global communications, employee engagement, public policy and external affairs. With more than 20 years of experience spanning the public, private and nonprofit sectors, Ms. Radford is known for her strategic leadership and deep expertise in public policy, corporate engagement and social impact. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Radford served at The White House as Deputy Assistant to the President, where she led initiatives focused on women's economic empowerment, workforce development and education. Ms. Radford has also held leadership roles at the Goldman Sachs Foundation and IberiaBank. Most recently, Ms. Radford was a founding partner at R6 Consulting, a strategic advisory firm at the intersection of business, government and impact. Ms. Radford holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and serves as an adjunct faculty member at her alma mater. Ms. Radford was a Presidential Leadership Scholar in 2024.
