Christine Huffer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Bunzl Retail Services since March 2010. Huffer's leadership has been instrumental in reshaping account management processes and managing a diverse team while supporting substantial sales volumes. Prior roles include Senior Director for Christine Taylor Collection and Keenpac NA, where Huffer led significant system conversions and sales operations management. A previous background as Director of Internal Process for CDW Merchants highlights achievements in logistics and project management. Huffer’s early career included roles in insurance sales and warehouse management, demonstrating a strong foundation in client relations and operational efficiency. Huffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
