Alicia Young

Alicia Young is an experienced Change Manager currently working at Bupa since April 2023. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a Change Manager at AIA Australia from May 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading change management on customer remediation programs and implementing a digital communication journey to enhance customer experience. Alicia's expertise also includes a tenure as a Senior Change Analyst at KPMG Australia, focusing on firmwide transformation programs and delivery of change artifacts. At WorkSafe Victoria, Alicia worked as a Change Partner from October 2017 to April 2021, providing strategic change management advice and coaching senior leaders.
