Bryan Grills

Bryan Grills is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region, currently serving as Head of Tax and Tax Director at Bupa since October 2013. Prior to this role, Bryan held various positions at Ernst & Young from March 2002 to September 2013, including Director of Transaction Tax, where Bryan was a founding member of the Transaction Tax team in Melbourne, providing vital tax support for M&A activities. Bryan's expertise also includes a secondment as Tax Manager at Pacific Hydro, where responsibilities encompassed managing the tax function and ensuring compliance with various tax obligations. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant.
