Grishma Khadka, PhD, is a skilled engineer and researcher with extensive experience in radar development, systems engineering, and compliance analysis within the fields of electrical and electronic engineering. Currently serving as a Radar Development and Integration Engineer at the Bureau of Meteorology, Grishma's previous roles include System Engineer at Ascom and EMC/RF Compliance Engineer at EMC Bayswater Pty Ltd, where a focus on ensuring compliance with global requirements was maintained. Academic contributions as an Associate Research Fellow at Deakin University and a Doctoral Researcher at Monash University highlight expertise in automated communication systems and smart identification technologies.
