Carol's role involves collaborating with knowledge leads in Burges Salmon’s legal departments and units and with business professional colleagues through a senior leadership team.
Working with KM/L&D Partners, Professional Support Lawyers and the Knowledge and Information Services team, Carol has led several firm-wide business improvement programmes. These have included introduction of tools and processes for KM in 2008, value added services in 2011 and UKAS-accredited certifications for ISO 9001, 27001 and 22301 in 2017.
