Rosalind Paull

Rosalind Paull is a highly experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations and business partnership. Currently serving as the Head of HR Business Services & Employee Relations at Buro Happold since November 2021, Rosalind previously held key HR roles at Sanlam UK as HR Business Partner from September 2018 to October 2021, and at Aspen Insurance Group as Employee Relations and Policy Manager from January 2016 to July 2018. With a strong foundation in HR management and employee relations, Rosalind's expertise encompasses advisory functions, investigations, policy development, and training facilitation at various prestigious organizations, including UBS and Jefferies & Company. Academically, Rosalind holds a First Class Bachelor's degree in Social Anthropology from The University of Manchester and multiple HR-related qualifications, including a CIPD Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Law.
