Kristy Shin's work experience begins in 2017 as a Marketing Intern at KOTRA. In 2017, they also worked at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center as an Assistant Manager. In 2018, they became a Strategy & Operations Analyst at Biosecumax Inc. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Program Coordinator at U of I Community Credit Union. Since 2020, they have been working at Busey in various roles, starting as a Program Management Office Analyst and progressing to Officer - Corporate Insights & Information Analyst I and II.
Kristy Shin completed their high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 2008 to 2012. Kristy then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2012 to 2018.
