Ani Asatryan is a Customer Success Specialist at Business Development Group and the Co-Founder/Project Coordinator at Mental Health Awareness Initiative. Ani previously worked as a Live Trader at Digitain Armenia, Executive Assistant at the National Assembly of Republic of Armenia, Media Monitoring Specialist at Civil Contract, and Civil Journalist at Journalists Club Asparez. Ani is also a Member/Project Coordinator at Spitak Helsinki Group Human Right NGO. Ani holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogy from Armenian State Pedagogical University and continues education at TUMO Labs.

The Business Development Group (BDG) was created in 2009. It has already been 13 years that it is ensuring the development of the educational sphere in Armenia. Since the beginning BDG’s main goal was to bring a new approach to education and help people believe that with education it is possible to reach the highest goals and become professional leaders not only individually but also as a country. BDG is providing courses in spheres such as: Programming, Marketing, Finance, Management, Human resources, Design for all levels: beginners, intermediate, advanced. BDG is breaking the stereotype that getting a second or third profession or making crucial changes in career after one’s 30s is hard or impossible. By starting relationships with different organizations BDG is giving a chance to its students to gain practical experience and build solid grounds for their future careers.
