Risto Vuohelainen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Risto started their career at TopWave Instruments, where they held several positions and eventually became the Director of International Sales and Service. Risto then moved on to Aspocomp as Vice President, responsible for the largest sales area in the company. After that, they became the Managing Director of Waterix before joining Elcoteq SE as Vice President, overseeing the Connected Home Electronics business line. Risto then served as CEO of Canatu, where they focused on streamlining the company's product offering and target market. Following that, they joined Finpro as Executive Vice President, leading Export Finland. Currently, they are the COO and Executive Director of Global Growth at Business Finland, responsible for internationalization services. Throughout their career, Risto has gained experience in various industries, including electronics manufacturing and international business promotion.
Risto Vuohelainen earned a Master of Science degree in Production Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completing their studies from 1988 to 1996.
