Aic Jesse Keen

Jesse Keen, AIC MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, Jesse gained office professionalism and database management skills while working as a School to Work Temp at Emerson Process Management. From 2013 to 2014, Jesse worked as an Automated Traffic Counter at the Iowa Department of Transportation, developing time management and critical thinking skills. In 2015, Jesse successfully established and managed a profitable business as a Branch Manager at College Works Painting, overseeing employees and securing contracts. They also worked as a Transit Coach Operator at The University of Iowa during the same time period. From 2016 to 2019, Jesse served as an Associate Claims Specialist and later as a Commercial Casualty Adjuster at Nationwide, handling claims. Jesse then joined Businessolver in 2019 as a Client Champion, progressing to the role of Team Lead and eventually becoming a Client Services Manager in 2023. Currently, Jesse is an Officer Candidate and a Fire Support Officer for the Iowa Army National Guard, where they employ their leadership skills. Jesse's work experience demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to different roles and industries.

Jesse Keen, AIC MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2012-2016. Continuing their education, Jesse then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Iowa from 2018-2020. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jesse obtained the AIC certification from The Institutes in February 2019.
