About the Role  Reporting to the Vice President of Product, the Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our eCommerce platform. You will drive the development of features that improve customer experiences and significantly impact business metrics. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce, preferably within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) or subscription-based business model, and a proven ability to manage a portfolio of features or products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for customer-centric solutions are key to success in this role. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement eCommerce features that drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences
  • Utilize data to inform decision-making processes, design experiments, and identify success metrics to measure feature effectiveness
  • Collaborate with UX design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that improve conversion rates and overall site performance
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning and execution, to deliver high-quality features on schedule
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members on problem-solving techniques and innovative approaches
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on product priorities, scope, and timelines
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and aid in their career development

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in an eCommerce environment, with 3+ at a senior level
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering eCommerce features that drive business metrics and enhance customer experiences
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to make informed decisions and measure feature performance
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience running sprint ceremonies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of successful stakeholder management
