Eitan Zepkowitz is a co-founder of Butterfi, a data-driven platform providing non-dilutive financing for US tech companies since April 2022, and co-founder of IBI SPIKES FUND, which focuses on revenue-based finance investments in tech companies. Previously, Eitan served as CEO at IBI SPIKES FUND until November 2022. Eitan also co-founded M Sea Capital in March 2013, which operates a structured asset-backed shipping fund backed by top institutional investors, and founded Opus Capital Global, a private equity firm focused on investments in Asia from February 2008 to January 2020. Other notable roles include advisory positions at SpaceIL and fundraising efforts, as well as serving as VP Investments at Sage Capital Global Limited, where Eitan was involved in capital market investments in Asia. Eitan held roles at CRT in Zurich as Head of Claims Analysis and as an analyst at Formula Ventures. Eitan began the professional journey as a legal intern at Gornitzky & Co and holds a Master's degree in Economics & Law from the University of Hamburg.
