Paul Willis

Paul Willis is a seasoned professional in the medical sales industry, currently serving as the National Business Development Manager at Butterfly Network, Inc. since May 2022. In addition to this role, Paul is a co-founder of Heart and Soul Racing, having joined the company in November 2024. Prior to this, Paul held several key positions at Verathon from May 2015 to May 2022, including National Sales Manager for RSS, Key Account Manager for Surgical Sales, and Account Manager for Imaging, contributing to the development and distribution of innovative medical devices designed to enhance patient care. Paul's early career includes an internship as an Independent Retailer at Southwestern Advantage in 2009, where cold sales tactics were employed. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management with Marketing from Northumbria University, earned from 2007 to 2009, and attended The King Edward VI School from 2003 to 2008.
