W Tod McGrath has over 30 years of work experience in the real estate industry. W Tod held roles such as Vice President - Finance at Boston Properties and Faculty Member at MIT Center for Real Estate. In 1999, they founded advisoRE, LLC, where they served as President, overseeing strategy, analytics, negotiation, and expert witness reports and testimony. Prior to that, they worked as Senior Vice President at McCall & Almy, Vice President at Winthrop Financial Associates, and Vice President at Meredith & Grew, Inc.

W Tod McGrath attended Columbia University, where they earned a BA in Economics from Columbia College in 1981. After that, they pursued further education at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, completing an MBA in Finance/Real Estate in 1984. From 1986 to 1989, they attended the MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning, focusing on Real Estate Finance and Development.
