Renuka Ayer

Renuka Ayer currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Mason since August 2024 and is a member of the Board of Directors for OAC Services, Inc., where involvement includes the Audit and Compensation Committees. Previously, Renuka was Chief Financial Officer at Agility Robotics from September 2022 to August 2024 and at Glowforge from July 2018 to September 2022. Additional experience includes serving as CFO at Pulse Electronics Corporation, CEO of SALINEX PTE LTD, and VP of Finance at CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense. Renuka's earlier roles include CFO of Orange County Container Group LLC and Director of Finance at Everett Charles Technologies. Renuka’s educational background encompasses an MBA in Corporate Finance from UMass Boston, alongside programs at Harvard Business School and GE.
