Peter Morrissey has a diverse background in finance, management, and law. Currently serving as the General Counsel & Managing Director at C.M. Capital Corporation, Peter also teaches at the University of Phoenix and provides valuation consulting for private venture-backed companies. With experience in venture capital, investment banking, and professional sports, Peter has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Peter is a highly educated individual, holding a J.D./M.A. from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Mathematics/English from Pomona College.
