Toby Dubois

Toby DuBois is an experienced executive with a strong background in telecommunications and utility services. Currently serving as Vice President of Home Services at C Spire since 2021, Toby previously owned and managed Clearview Utilities, increasing company revenues by fourfold while developing infrastructure for fiber networks and solar farms. As a former owner of Wt Construction, Toby oversaw general contracting operations in Louisiana and Mississippi. Toby held various leadership roles at EATEL, including Executive Vice President and Vice President of Product Management, where responsibilities spanned product development, marketing, and overall business management. Possessing an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a degree with minors from Louisiana State University, Toby is skilled in strategic planning, project management, and operational excellence in the technology and utility sectors.
