Sonia Garcia Navasquillo

Sonia Garcia Navasquillo holds an LL.M in International Business Law and has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group Compliance Manager at C. Steinweg Group since June 2023, Sonia has also been a lawyer within the flexible working team at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek since July 2015, focusing on contract review and international litigation. In addition, Sonia acts as Legal Counsel for GARCIA LEGAL, managing international transactions and arbitration. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel positions at Odyssey Hotel Group, Basic-Fit, and Sanquin, along with advisory roles for Oxbow Energy Solutions and freelance work for KWx B.V. Sonia has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer in International Commercial Law at Leiden Law School and as a contract law lecturer at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Sonia's education includes various certifications and diplomas in governance, risk, compliance, and supply chain management.
