William Clemons

William Clemons is a seasoned C4I systems expert with extensive experience in advanced systems integration and support for the Fleet Marine Force, currently serving as a C2 Systems Integrator and MCTSSA East Site Lead at C4 Planning Solutions since April 2019. Previously, William held the position of Combat Operations Center Subject Matter Expert, delivering specialized interoperability and training on various C4I systems. Prior to this, William worked at General Dynamics Information Technology, addressing troubleshooting and configuration challenges for a range of IT infrastructure, and at General Dynamics for over a decade in project engineering roles focused on maintenance tracking and system upgrades in combat environments. William's early career in the United States Marine Corps as a Motor Transport Maintenance Chief involved ensuring mechanical and electrical readiness for diverse vehicle types. William holds a high school diploma from King George High.
