Nandini Guha has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Nandini started their career as an HRIS Analyst at Domino's Pizza in 1998 and continued in that role until 2010. In 2011, they joined ProQuest as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and later took on the role of Manager HR Operations and Systems, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining HR policies and processes. Nandini then became Manager, HR Systems and Data Analytics before leaving in 2020.
In 2016, Nandini joined Masco Cabinetry as Manager, HR Systems, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition before transitioning to their current role as Director of Benefits, Compensation, and Shared Services at Cabinetworks Group in 2020.
Nandini Guha holds a Master's degree in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
