Tracey Coleby-Boucher has a strong background in the telecommunications industry. Tracey began their career at The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC Business) in 1990, where they served as a Senior Network Engineer for over 26 years. Tracey also held the position of System Network Administrator at BaTelnet from 2000 to 2004. In 2017, Tracey joined Aliv Business Collective as the Aliv Solutions Optimizer - Mobile Network Manager before becoming the Chief Aliv Innovator - CTO in 2018. In 2019, they joined Cable Bahamas Ltd., starting as the Director of Engineering and then progressing to Vice President of Engineering in 2022.

Tracey Coleby-Boucher obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Administration from Sojourner-Douglass College in the years 1998-2001. In 2004, they attended UniTek Boot Camp to acquire a degree in SCSA, specializing in System Administration. Additionally, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Success Training College between 1994 and 1996. Furthermore, Tracey acquired certifications in Cisco networking, including CCNA (2008) and CCIP (2010-2012) from the Cisco Networking Academy. Tracey also received a certification in Blackberry Professional from Research In Motion in 2006. Recently, Tracey expanded their knowledge through an Executive Leadership program specializing in Technology from Cornell University in 2020-2021. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" and "Chief Technology Officer Career Guide" from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
