Prior to this role, Ricarda was the Head of Customer Experience at Tchibo MOBIL from June 2019 to June 2021. With previous experience as a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner at cadooz GmbH and as a Teamlead Strategy & Digital at Vodafone, Ricarda has a strong background in project management and customer experience. Ricarda holds a Master of Science in Advanced Marketing Management from Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW).
