Andrew Arnovitz is Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Enterprise Risk Management and has been a company Vice President in these capacities since 2007. Mr. Arnovitz heads CAE’s corporate strategy and is responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning process enterprise wide. During his tenure, CAE transformed from being primarily an industrial products company to become the world leader in aviation training solutions, with over 60% of its annual revenue coming from services. Mr. Arnovitz is also responsible for managing CAE’s Enterprise Risk Management process, as well as its investor relations program, and has been the company’s key interlocutor to the investment community since 2001. He is a member of the company’s Executive Management Committee.

Prior to joining CAE, Mr. Arnovitz was an investment advisor with CIBC Wood Gundy where he gained a deep knowledge of capital markets and developed a business over nearly a decade, catering to the investment needs of individuals, trusts and foundations.

Mr. Arnovitz holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Concordia University and is an Ivey Scholar recipient and MBA graduate from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He has been a guest lecturer on strategy at the John Molson School of Business and the Desautels Faculty of Management.
