Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Investment Services at Prologis, leading a high-performing team in European capital deployment, and as Associate Director at Avison Young, providing consultancy on urban regeneration projects. Early career experience at Chesterton International included valuation consultancy and retail advisory. Larcombe holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Management & Valuation from the University of South Wales.
