Yoki (Yueqi) Huang has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Legal Counsel at 菜鸟网络 since November 2021. Prior to this role, Yoki held the position of Senior Vice President at Far East Horizon Capital Limited, specializing in structured finance from March 2021 to October 2021. Yoki's earlier experience includes serving as Senior China Legal Assistant at Morrison & Foerster LLP from August 2016 to September 2020, focusing on IPOs and ListCo compliance, as well as working as a Litigation Associate at Fujian Zhongtiancheng Law Firm from August 2014 to August 2015, primarily in civil litigation. Yoki holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in common law from The University of Hong Kong and also attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2015.
