Patricia Schaafsma

Patricia Schaafsma is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Greener Power Solutions since September 2023, Patricia contributes to the mission of accelerating the transition to sustainable energy. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel in Corporate M&A at Van Benthem & Keulen, and as Senior Legal Counsel at PHAROS advocaten, where Patricia specialized in advising on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law matters. Earlier professional experience encompasses positions as a Senior Banking Lawyer at ING, where Patricia provided legal advice on financial transactions, and as a Corporate Lawyer at Stibbe in Amsterdam and New York. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Civil and Corporate Law from the University of Groningen, completed in 1994.
