Naama Gutraeman has worked in various roles within the field of talent acquisition. Naama started their career at Atid - Human Resources as a Team Lead, where they worked from 2009 to 2012. Naama then joined Adam Milo, where they held the positions of Recruitment Consultant and later became the Head of Partner's cv-center and diagnostic unit from 2012 to 2015. Since 2015, Naama has been working at Cal (Israel Credit Cards), initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, then as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2017 to 2019, and currently as the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Naama Gutraeman attended the University of Haifa from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
