Edson joined Calder Capital in 2019 as an M&A Advisor. Edson previously worked on the transaction and portfolio company operations team for a boutique private equity firm assisting in a wide-range of engagements including portfolio company acquisitions, add-on acquisition processes, corporate recapitalizations, distressed situation management, and business operations/management improvements.
Following this Edson worked in corporate development and finance roles directly with the executive management team for one of the largest national tier 1 body-in-white automotive suppliers. He is passionate about helping companies develop, plan, and implement acquisition/transaction strategies to succeed. Edson studied Finance and Liberal Studies at Grand Valley State University.
