Katrika Morris

Katrika Morris is a seasoned design executive with extensive experience in product design across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Product Design at Calendly since May 2025, Katrika previously held the same title at Affinity.co, focusing on relationship intelligence and deal flow tools for venture capitalists. Prior roles include Head of Design for Mid-Market Employers at Gusto, Co-founder and Head of Design at Moatboat, and a range of positions at Microsoft, including Principal Design Manager for Windows and Senior Experience Design Lead for Xbox. Katrika began a career in industrial design at Nortel Networks and Motorola Solutions, after earning a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Carleton University.
