Ram Batchu, PMP®, has extensive experience in IT operations and architecture, currently serving as Director at Caleres, Inc. since January 2010, with previous roles including Senior Manager and Management in the same department, along with positions as Senior SAP Solution Architect and Project Manager for various SAP upgrade projects. Ram has a strong background in SAP HCM processes, implementations, and upgrades, having previously worked at Monsanto, South Florida Water Management District, Vancouver Coastal Health, Metro Vancouver, and Overwaitea Food Group. Educational credentials include a degree in Structural Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
