Mark Fagan

Mark Fagan has extensive experience in auditing and management within various sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Management Auditor at the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services since January 2018 and as an Investigative Auditor for the California Department of Justice - BMFEA since July 2017, Mark has also officiated college, high school, and semi-professional football and basketball games since 2010. Mark previously worked as a Grants Auditor at the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services from August 2010 to July 2017, focusing on audits for Homeland Security and Public Safety Grants. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from Sacramento City College.
