Newton Knowles

Newton Knowles is a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice, specializing in civil rights enforcement since May 2022. Prior to this role, Newton served as Staff Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for the State Bar of California from June 2016 to April 2022, providing legal support regarding attorney misconduct and representing the organization in various legal matters.
