Ulrik Damborg

Ulrik Damborg is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and finance. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at California Resources Corporation since April 2017, Ulrik Damborg leads complex capital markets and finance transactions while being responsible for finance, treasury, marketing, and midstream functions. Prior to this role, Ulrik Damborg worked at Occidental Petroleum Corporation as Assistant General Counsel for M&A/Projects, managing a team of lawyers and overseeing legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions, business development, and major projects. Ulrik Damborg's earlier career includes positions at Latham & Watkins LLP and Clifford Chance, where legal expertise was developed in corporate transactions, including public offerings and cross-border securities. Ulrik Damborg obtained a JD (Honors) from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
