Amir Gharehgozli

Amir Gharehgozli, Ph.D., currently serves as the Department Chair, Associate Professor, and Director of the Master of Science in Business Analytics at California State University, Northridge since September 2018. Additionally, Amir holds adjunct faculty positions at the University of Southern California and Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University and as a Risk Management Information Systems Consultant at ING Nederland, focusing on credit risk model development and implementation. Amir's academic journey includes roles as an Assistant Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management and visiting scholar positions at HEC Montréal and the University of Science and Technology of China. Amir earned a Ph.D. in Technology and Operations Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, following a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tehran and Sharif University of Technology, respectively.
