Kristina Knapstad

Kristina Knapstad is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service, education, and training. Currently serving as a Training and Communications Senior Analyst at CalSTRS since November 2020, Kristina has also held roles such as Survivor Benefits Caseworker and Customer Service Agent within the same organization.
