Obermeier has held various leadership roles within the same company, including responsibilities for multiple business units contributing significantly to revenue and EBITDA across diverse product lines. Prior to Calumet, Obermeier held several key positions at Univar, managing multi-billion dollar business units focused on organic chemicals and strategic customer relationships. Earlier in their career, Obermeier worked at CHEMCENTRAL Corporation, progressively taking on roles that combined sales management and regional oversight. Obermeier holds a B.A. in Chemistry Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
