Ariel Parker

Ariel Parker, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist at Cambrex since January 2022, with a focus on innovative research in organic chemistry. Prior to this role, Ariel served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where significant contributions included the development of a chemodivergent method for synthesizing highly functionalized cyclohepta[b]indole derivatives. Additionally, Ariel held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant, providing instruction and support in General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry courses. Ariel also gained experience as a Future Talent Intern at Merck in the summer of 2020. Educationally, Ariel earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Lander University.
