Nicola Tassell

Nicola Tassell is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Cambridge University Press & Assessment since January 2022. Prior to this role, Nicola worked at Genesis Technology Services Limited from January 2016 to December 2021, progressing from Human Resources Officer to Human Resources Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Qualcomm as a Human Resources Assistant and a temporary role as a Programme Administrator at the University of Cambridge's School of Clinical Medicine. Nicola's career in administration began at United Utilities as a Commercial Administrator from October 2008 to May 2013. Academically, Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Design for Film & Television from Nottingham Trent University and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources from ICS Learn, along with a National Diploma in Fine and Studio Arts from Hopwood Hall College. Nicola is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
