Lara Ninow has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lara began their career in 2011 at BrawandRieken Werbeagentur GmbH, where they worked in Account Management and Planning. In 2014, Lara joined the Bauer Media Group as an Online Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for the development and promotion of multiple online shops and oversaw the relaunch of a sub company website. Lara co-founded OilFox UG in 2015 and served as a Co-Founder until 2017. Lara then joined mantro GmbH in 2015 as a Venture Architect, eventually transitioning to the role of Senior Venture Architect. In 2018, they founded Eduspend - das persönliche Lernbudget, a company focused on personalized learning. Lara's most recent position was at Freeletics, where they worked as a Senior People Operations Manager from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are the Head of People & Culture at CamperBoys GmbH.
Lara Ninow has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Psychology from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.

CamperBoys rents out fully equipped premium camper vans in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Halle, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart & Weilheim an der Teck! We started our camper van rental company back in 2016 with a 24-year old motorhome called „Woody“. After having tested the market we grew our fleet to 380 camper vans in 2021 based in five locations all over Germany. Next season, we plan to triple our fleet by expanding to new cities and adding new camper van models. Our VW T6.1 California models are never older than 12 months. - The flexibility to decide when to pick up your camper van. Pick up and drop off your camper van 7 days a week from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
