Arni Ahronson

Vice-President, People and Culture at Canada's Drug Agency

Arni Ahronson is Vice-President, People and Culture, at CADTH. As a member of CADTH’s executive team, he is responsible for providing leadership and guidance on CADTH’s future-ready People and Culture strategy, with a strong focus on inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility. Arni oversees all aspects of People and Culture operations, including talent acquisition and retention, talent development, total rewards, benefits and wellness, performance management, legislative compliance, and employee relations.

Known for his leadership experience, Arni has a track record of successfully implementing organizational change initiatives in national and global organizations. He is driven by the opportunity to positively impact the life of employees at work while building People and Culture programs that enable business strategy.

Arni holds an MSc in Applied Psychology (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) from Saint Mary’s University and an MIR from Queen’s University.
