Lana Eagle

Lana Eagle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Aboriginal relations and consulting within the mining and resource sectors. Currently serving as the Director at the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum since May 2017, and also as a Senior Advisor & Consultant at Lana Eagle Consulting since September 2016, Lana has consistently contributed to the industry through strategic relationship development. Serving as Director and Chair of the Aboriginal Relations Committee at the Association for Mineral Exploration BC since February 2013, Lana fosters collaboration between Aboriginal communities and industry representatives. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Industry Council for Aboriginal Business, Director of Aboriginal Engagement at PR Associates, and Manager of Aboriginal Services at T.E. Wealth Management. Lana has a strong track record in building trustful relationships between Aboriginal communities and exploration companies and possesses a solid educational foundation from the University of Saskatchewan, where studies took place from 1978 to 1982.
