Cristina Circelli was appointed Vice-President, Deputy Corporate Secretary & General Counsel in August 2018, and is based in Montreal.
Her responsibilities include overseeing corporate governance matters and providing counsel on legal requirements and best practice recommendations to CN’s Board of Directors and Executive Team. She also has oversight of compliance with securities laws in Canada and the United States and disclosure matters and provides support in financial transactions, pension, and human resources matters.
Cristina holds Civil and Common Law degrees from McGill University and is a graduate of the ICD Directors Education Program. She is a past member of the board of directors of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.
